A long skirt with a blouse and a scarf (dupatta).
These can be light and airy, or heavy and ornate depending on the style. A lehenga would be perfect for both the Sangeet and the ceremonies!
Salwar Kameez
A long tunic worn with lightweight pants and a scarf (dupatta).
Available in many styles with different shapes for pants. A Salwar Kameez would be both stylish and comfortable, perfect for the Sangeet and the ceremonies!
Sari
A blouse and a long piece of fabric which is pleated and wrapped around the body. Tradiational saris are hard to drape for first-timers, but pre-stitched saris are available and very easy to wear.
Saris tend to be more formal and traditional attire and would be perfect for the ceremonies!
